Florida Board Uses Spanish Language Real Estate Search Engine
EZList MLS-Global is excited to announce that the Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, North Port Board of REALTORS on the Southwest Coast of Florida is the very first REALTOR association in the United States to acquire the Spanish Language Real Estate Search Engine that EZList MLS-Global has established.
This is a very exciting event says James A. Crumbaugh III, President of EZList MLS-Global. "We have spent several months developing this product and we’re excited to have the Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, North Port Board of REALTORS as our very first client."
"This is not your off-the-shelf translation program that anyone can buy. Every night we edit and check all new listings to make sure that the language is correct. The translations programs currently on the market do a good job of translating two bedrooms to two bedrooms, but as everyone knows it ends there. With our expertise of reviewing every new listing every night we will insure that the public comments are idiomatically correct," he adds.
Texas, California, Florida, and Arizona are states that are known to have a large percentage of Spanish language speaking citizens. However, what a lot of people aren’t aware of is that places like New Jersey and Chicago also have large concentrations of Spanish language speaking citizens. While most of these Spanish language speaking citizens speak English, they prefer to do their business and research in their native language. This is a product that the Spanish Speaking community of this nation has been asking for, according to Crumbaugh.
James A. Crumbaugh III has lived in California and now resides in Florida. He has also traveled in Mexico extensively and loves the Latino culture. They care about their families first, and that is what life is all about, said Crumbaugh.
