CRS faculty accepted Sands in 2004 to teach some of their strategic courses. He is certified to teach a number of Coldwell Banker programs, "At Home With Diversity," the Coldwell Banker Negotiating Skills Specialist and E-Marketing courses. He is also a certified training facilitator for the world famous Integrity® Coaching and Integrity® Selling systems. Rich currently teaches the country's hottest new class the Certified Negotiation Expert course.
