Cathy Johnson

Cathy’s Real Estate career started in 1989 in the Lehigh Valley and has been associated with three major companies before joining Keller Williams in March of 2004. Cathy specializes in Chester County and serves the bordering counties as well.

The move to Keller Williams has been very rewarding to Cathy. The company’s philosophy and beliefs instills a “win-win” situation for all involved. The profit sharing, title opportunities, and open door policy is very unique to the industry. Cathy feels it’s a pleasure working with other agents who are truly happy to help each other succeed.

Cathy and her husband John and moved to Chester County in 1991. John has been in sales since 1977. They have two very spoiled, but loving cats, Ryan and Casey. She has been very active with the American Cancer Society here in Chester County. Cathy is past President of the Board and chaired the Daffodil Committee for four years. She is currently a member of the Western Chester County Chamber and is a member of the Realtor-Lawyer Committee which enables her to keep up with the lastest trends and legal matters in the Real Estate industry.

Cathy believes education is a vital part of real estate. She is certified as an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representation) dealing solely with representing the needs of buyers, has a designatoin of AHS (Accredited Home Stager Specialist), is designated as an ASR (Accredited Seller Representative), holds an SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) which addresses the needs of seniors, and is currently working towards her brokers license. Cathy has completed several appraisal courses, real estate investment courses, and others to better serve her clients.
